the making of “ancient” scrolls


I dunno where Susanna gets some of her ideas from… but I do *LOVE* that her 6-year old mind can take an idea and run with it!

I saw this rolled up piece of paper in the kitchen table, and was curious as to what it was. So I opened it, only to find out that it is an “anshant scroll.”


So, what’d you learn today?  ;-)

Anshunt scrolls are made in Jupan. Ushaly when thay are old thay look like thay got birnt in a fier!  But thay arn’t. I am makeing a scroll rite here in March 15, 2010 on a Munday!  It is fun makeing a Anshunt scroll. Thay used to write them in fancy leter’s!  Well I think thay still make then in fancy leter’s I think thay still do.  I’m not shere if thay do and I want to know if thay do! This is my first time makeing a anshat scroll.
