I started the hundred pushups challenge last week, but… well… I started on January 1st — a Thursday.
Not that there is anything wrong with Thursday, but it makes for a slightly awkward schedule to keep when it makes more sense to start on a Monday. I’ve already done the initial test (23) and the sets for Day 1 (Thur.) and Day 2 (Sat.) already, but again, it makes sense to start the 3 sets per week on a Monday — do Mon., Wed., Fri., and rest over the weekend.
So… I’m starting over beginning tomorrow — Monday, Jan. 5 — and in 6 weeks or so, I should be able to knock out 100 consecutive pushups!
I’ll be Twittering my on-going progress as things happen, and will do a weekly update blog-post to journal my progress.
Anyone else gonna join in and push the ground with me?
