My fam went down to vacation in Williamsburg with their fam!  We had a great time just hanging out — no real agenda, no place we needed visit.

We had invited Brent & Abigail and their kids to join us for a FREE stay down in Williamsburg, even though they live but an hour away in Virginia Beach.

Sometimes, the timeshare that Ash and I own with in Williamsburg will offer us “deal” if we invite someone to vacation with us. So, the stipulation with Brent and Abigail was that they have to sit through a time-share presentation with us to take advantage of the free vacation — one free room for our family, and one free room for their family — for 4 days and 3 nights.

So, we all went to meet with the sales rep at the scheduled time.

We all had fully anticipated the sales pitch for Brent and Abigail, but after a free breakfast and a small mix up, they ended up catering to Ashleigh and myself, as timeshare owners, instead.  After about 30 minutes of making sure we understood our ownership, we shook hands and rolled out — Brent and Abigail didn’t even get the sales spiel — and we collected the deposit we put down for the weekend!

Needless, to say, THAT WAS EASY and the rest of the weekend was spent in the pool, eating, a little bit of shopping, a little bit of sightseeing, and just hanging out!
