Have you ever heard of a band called ApologetiX?

Go check them out HERE — they’re a parody band that takes secular tunes and put a Biblical twist on them. They do a good job of adding humor and fun while imparting Biblical truths and principles… and the musicianship is pretty good too.

If you register (free) you can listen to and download a nice chunk of their tunes for free.

I've followed them since the mid-90's. I'll say as a musician that they are top notch. They don't hesitate to tackle some hefty songs requiring experience and skill. They also do a good job live.

Like Weird Al, it is tough for me to listen to them casually. It's more like listening to a comedy show. When a new album comes out, you call all the friends over to listen. Then you file it until nostalgia sets in.
